This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and MFH, LLC and governs your use of the crwl application and related services (the "App"). This Agreement supplements the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Standard EULA, this Agreement governs your relationship with MFH, LLC, and the Standard EULA governs your relationship with Apple.
Scope of License
- MFH, LLC grants you a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Standard EULA.
- You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Consent to Use of Data
You agree that MFH, LLC may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software, to facilitate software updates, product support, and other services. MFH, LLC may use this information in a form that does not personally identify you, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility & Safety
- You must be 21 years of age or older (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
- BAC values shown in the App are estimates only and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them to decide whether to drive or for medical or legal purposes. Never drink and drive.
User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and other materials you upload. By posting content you grant MFH, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share the content as necessary to operate the App.
External Services
The App may enable access to third-party services and websites. You agree to use these services at your sole risk. MFH, LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.
Maintenance and Support
MFH, LLC is responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, as described in the App or on the MFH website. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFH, LLC disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the App and any services provided, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall MFH, LLC be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or MFH, LLC. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
