Gameplay and Accounts
Fruit Smash includes local and cloud-backed progression, account features, and optional in-app purchases. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or device.
Purchases and Unlocks
Some produce items may be unlocked through gameplay or purchased through Apple in-app purchases. Purchase billing, refunds, and subscription platform rules are governed by Apple's terms and policies where applicable.
Prohibited Conduct
- No fraud, abuse, tampering, reverse engineering, or attempts to interfere with the Service.
- No use of exploits, automation, or unauthorized tools to manipulate progression, purchases, or account state.
- No unlawful use of the Service or use that harms MFH, LLC, other users, or platform partners.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or remove features, progression values, content, or item availability at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, or safety concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Fruit Smash is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFH, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
