Use mazi responsibly. mazi helps people discover and share local music events. By using the Service, you agree to respect other people, provide accurate event information, and comply with these Terms and applicable law.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mazi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MFH, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility and Account Security
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
- You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person, artist, venue, promoter, or organization.
Events and External Tickets
mazi provides event-discovery and community features. MFH, LLC does not sell tickets, process ticket payments, operate venues, or guarantee admission. Purchases, refunds, cancellations, venue policies, accessibility, and admission are controlled by the event host, venue, or linked third-party ticket provider. Review the destination and its terms before completing a transaction.
Hosting Events
- You may publish only events you are authorized to promote and must keep event details and ticket links accurate.
- You must have the rights needed to upload or display artwork, descriptions, trademarks, photographs, and other event content.
- You may not create fraudulent events, misleading ticket links, fake scarcity, or listings intended to deceive or harm others.
Community Conduct
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
- Do not post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
- Do not expose private-event details or another person's personal information without permission.
- Do not interfere with the Service, evade restrictions, scrape protected information, or use unauthorized automation.
We may remove content, limit distribution, cancel listings, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the community.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MFH, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
Third-Party Services
The Service may link to venues, maps, ticket providers, Apple, Firebase, Google Cloud, and other third-party services. Those providers control their own services, availability, transactions, and terms. MFH, LLC is not responsible for their acts, omissions, content, or transactions.
Service Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Event information and third-party links may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or inaccurate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may remove expired, cancelled, misleading, or unsafe events.
Account Suspension and Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, safety risks, or legal requirements. You may initiate account deletion in the app. Shared event, moderation, fraud-prevention, safety, or legal records may be retained or de-identified when reasonably necessary, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFH, LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from event changes, ticket transactions, venue decisions, third-party services, user conduct, or inability to use the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
