Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mog/indulg application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), which are operated by the mog/indulg team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

No Professional Advice

mog/indulg does not provide medical, nutritional, counseling, or legal advice. Any tips shared through the Service are user opinions only. Consult qualified professionals for specific guidance about alcohol consumption or personal health.

Release & Assumption of Risk

Alcohol consumption carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, property damage, legal consequences, and death. By participating in events coordinated through the Service or acting on any information you record or receive, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all associated risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law you release and hold harmless mog/indulg, its founders, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or reliability. In no event shall mog/indulg be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

User Conduct & Community Safety

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and other materials you upload. By posting content you grant mog/indulg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share the content as necessary to operate the Service.

Third-Party Services

mog/indulg may link to or integrate third-party venues, transportation, or mapping services. We do not control or endorse those providers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or risks harm to the community. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the app and on the mog/indulg website with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
