This Privacy Policy explains how MFH, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use PeeDC and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to this policy.
What We Collect
- Account data. Sign-in provider metadata, account identifiers, and profile display name.
- Contribution data. Bathroom reviews, scores, comments, votes, saves, reports/flags, and timestamps.
- Location and search context. Approximate location/search context to show nearby bathrooms and relevant results.
- Device and app data. App version, device type, crash/performance diagnostics, and push token (if notifications are enabled).
How We Use Data
- Operate core features (map discovery, search, review posting, comments, saved bathrooms).
- Compute bathroom score aggregates and confidence levels.
- Moderate abuse, investigate safety issues, and prevent fraud/spam.
- Deliver account activity updates and support messages.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
What Other Users Can See
Your profile display name and your public contributions (ratings, comments, and related activity counts) may be visible to other users in the app.
How We Share Data
- With infrastructure providers. We use providers such as Firebase/Google and Apple services to run authentication, storage, notifications, and app infrastructure.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and Deletion
You can request account deletion in app settings. Some limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, abuse prevention, safety investigations, or operational auditing.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
