User Contributions
Reviews, ratings, comments, and place details are submitted by users. You are responsible for content you post and must keep it truthful, relevant, and non-abusive.
Scoring and Interpretation
The Muriel Bowser Index and Marion Barry Corollary are community-derived scoring systems based on user inputs. They are directional quality signals, not guarantees.
Prohibited Conduct
- No threats, hate, harassment, spam, or fraudulent content.
- No doxxing or posting private personal data, including private home addresses.
- Do not use PeeDC to facilitate or promote illegal acts.
Access and Safety
Bathroom availability, access codes, accessibility, and open status may change at any time. Always follow posted rules at each location and use your own judgment.
Moderation and Account Actions
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for policy violations, safety risks, fraud, or abuse.
Limitation of Liability
PeeDC is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFH, LLC is not liable for user-submitted inaccuracies, third-party location access decisions, or losses resulting from use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
