These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MFH, LLC mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), which are operated by MFH, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility & Account Security
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create or use an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Appropriate Use
- Use the Service to connect with friends in a respectful, playful way.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
- We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these expectations or applicable laws.

MFH, LLC does not provide medical, legal, counseling, or professional advice. Any tips shared through the Service are user opinions only.
Release & Assumption of Risk
Social interactions carry inherent risks, including emotional distress, harassment, or other harm. By participating in interactions coordinated through the Service or acting on any information you record or receive, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all associated risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law you release and hold harmless MFH, LLC, its founders, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or reliability. In no event shall MFH, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Consent Records
We may prompt you to confirm your age or acknowledge community safety notices. You agree that we may record your consent (including account identifier, timestamp, app/build version, and terms version) for compliance and audit purposes. If the wording materially changes, you may be asked to reconfirm.
User Conduct & Community Safety
- Respect other users and their boundaries.
- Do not share another person's private information without consent.
- Report unsafe behavior or abuse through the in-app feedback tools or by emailing support@mfh.dev.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other materials you upload. By posting content you grant MFH, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share the content as necessary to operate the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. We do not control or endorse those providers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or risks harm to the community. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the app and on an MFH, LLC website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
